The Shadows oak collection features elegant styling, with carefully selected oak veneers to create beautiful and timeless furniture. Real wood veneers are chosen from a single flitch and matched and hand laid by our skilled craftsmen. Each piece is manufactured with high quality solid oak and oak veneers from sustainable and managed forests. Curved fronts, panelled doors and rounded edges, are combined with LED lighting and a wide range of fabrics. Shadows really is a range designed to be loved by generations.

How long does it usually take from order to delivery?

Delivery times depend on whether the item is in UK stock, EU stock, or made to order. As a guide, orders typically arrive within 2–10 weeks. We’ll confirm an estimated lead time once your order is placed.

Where are your products made?

Our collection includes pieces made in different countries and from different materials, depending on the design. We work with trusted manufacturers and use responsibly sourced materials wherever possible, prioritising quality, durability, and more sustainable production.

Do you have a physical shop or showroom?

We don’t currently have a physical shop or showroom. However, we do have a warehouse, and for selected UK clearance items, collection may be available by arrangement. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability and collection details.

What is your return policy?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. If you choose to return an item, you’ll be responsible for:

• the original delivery charge, and

• the return collection cost, which varies depending on the size/quantity of items and your postcode.

 

Do you offer white glove delivery and assembly?

Yes — white glove delivery and assembly is available on request for an additional charge. Contact us and we’ll provide a quote based on your items and location.
