Terms & Conditions – We Interiors UK

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website weinteriors.co.uk and the purchase of products from We Interiors (Qualita LTD). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Pricing
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
3. Ordering
- Orders can be placed directly through our website.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This is not acceptance of your order.
- A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch of the goods.
- If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. stock unavailability), we will inform you and provide a full refund.
4. Delivery
UK Delivery
- Free delivery for orders over £1,000 (accessible by standard delivery van).
- Orders under £1,000: flat delivery fee of £60.
- Room-of-choice service available for an extra fee. Must be agreed in advance of delivery.
- Delivery estimates to UK:
- Products in stock in the UK: 2–4 weeks
- Products in stock in Europe: 4–6 weeks
- Made-to-order items: 8–12 weeks
- For Laura Ashley and Abigail Ahern collections, delivery times follow the same structure.
- Lead times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. We will confirm an estimated delivery time once your order is acknowledged.
International Delivery
- We can arrange international shipping on request. Please contact us at info@weinteriors.co.uk for a quote.
5. Furniture Assembly
- Most furniture is delivered fully assembled.
- Larger pieces (beds, wardrobes, tables) may arrive flat-packed with assembly instructions and fittings included.
- Assembly services may be offered at an extra cost in some areas – please contact us well in advance of delivery, if required.
6. Payment
We accept secure payments via:
- Credit & debit cards
- Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Payment is taken at checkout. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.
7. Cancellations & Returns (Consumer Rights)
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- To exercise your right, contact us in writing (email is acceptable).
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
- Items that are made-to-order or personalised cannot be cancelled or returned unless with a manufacturing fault. This includes all made to order dining tables.
- We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving returned items. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Please inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 5 days.
- If goods are faulty or damaged, we will repair, replace, or refund them at no extra cost to you.
- Variations in wood grain, colour, or texture are natural characteristics of materials and not considered faults.
9. Warranty
- All products come with a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty covering structural or manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.
- If a warranty issue arises, contact us with photos and your order details.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of profits, business interruption).
- Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
11. Privacy & Cookies
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, available on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
