Shipping Information

  • Free delivery – We offer free home delivery across Mainland UK (ISLANDS EXCLUDED) for orders over £1,000 (delivery location must be accessible by a standard delivery van). 
  • Standard delivery fee – For orders under £1,000, a flat-rate delivery fee of £60 applies. 
  • Room-of-choice service – For an additional fee, our delivery team can carry the furniture into your chosen room. 

We aim to deliver your order at a convenient time: 

  • We will arrange the delivery day well in advance. 
  • A day before delivery, we may contact you to confirm your time slot. 

All deliveries are handled by specialist transport providers to ensure safe handling and packaging. We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your home. 

Delivery Time (UK)

Delivery times depend on product type and availability:

  • Products in stock in the UK – estimated delivery within 2–4 weeks.
  • Products in stock in Europe – estimated delivery within 4–6 weeks.
  • Made-to-order products – estimated 8–12 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.

Once your order is received, you will be provided with a confirmed lead time.

For Laura Ashley and Abigail Ahern products:

  • If in stock in the UK – delivery within 2–4 weeks.
  • If in stock in Europe – delivery within 4–6 weeks.

We will keep you updated by email, phone, or SMS as your order progresses. Some items may also be available for quicker dispatch if they are in stock – you can contact us before ordering to check availability.

International Delivery

We can also arrange international shipping upon request.

Furniture Assembly

  • Most furniture is delivered fully assembled.

·        Larger items such as wardrobes, beds, and tables are delivered flat-packed with assembly instructions and fittings included. 

·        Assembly services may be available at an additional cost in some areas across Mainland UK– please inquire in advance, if required.
