Refund Policy

At We Interiors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, we will work with you to resolve them quickly and fairly.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect: 

  • Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect, including any damage to the packaging, so we can process your claim more quickly. 
  • We will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the circumstances: 
  • Repair of the item, 
  • Replacement with a new item, 
  • A suitable price reduction, if you choose to keep the item, or 
  • A full refund. 

We take responsibility for your order until it reaches your home. 


Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you’ve changed your mind:

  • You may return it within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Assembled or part-assembled furniture cannot be returned unless it arrived to you in that condition.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We will arrange collection from an address accessible by a standard delivery van.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. 

  • Items that are made-to-order or personalised cannot be cancelled or returned unless with a manufacturing fault. This includes all made to order dining tables. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on stock and product type:

  • Products in stock in the UK – delivery within 2–4 weeks.
  • Products in stock in Europe – delivery within 4–6 weeks.
  • Products that are made to order – estimated 8–12 weeks for manufacture and delivery.

This applies to all our collections, including Laura Ashley and Abigail Ahern products.
Once your order is received, you will be provided with a confirmed lead time.


Warranty

Most of our furniture products come with a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty covers structural faults and defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural variations in wood, fading of fabrics, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper assembly.
  • The product must be used for its intended purpose and maintained according to care instructions.
  • If a defect covered under warranty arises, please contact us with photos and order details. We will confirm next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return has been processed.

Exclusions

The warranty and return policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric, finishes).
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect by the customer.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow assembly or care instructions.
  • Damage resulting from force majeure events (floods, fire, accidents beyond our control).
